Heart to Heart Community Enrichment Inc. joined force with Polk County Health Department, Speciality Care Bartow Clinic, Health Service Providers and State Agencies of Polk County Florida in the HIV/AIDS Education and Prevention Awareness. World AIDS Day is a day dedicated to spread awareness about human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, which causes the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). It is also a day to unite in the fight against HIV, to show support for people living with HIV, and to commemorate those who have died from an AIDS-related illness. Another great event.
