Heart To Heart Community Enrichment, Inc. has established working relationships with other non-profit organizations, state agencies, services providers, and  local businesses. Our community partners include: PharmacyOne Pro, Polk Works One-Stop Centers – Employment Agency, Wilfred Smith Community Center, Inc. and Compassion Action For Haitians Inc, ESOL Department of Polk County Public Schools.
